The first step in building my store is making sure that the URL work. The URL only works on my computer, but on other computers the browsers can't find the site. What happened?

It is recommended that you start a Support Ticket for technical support issues such as this. Support Tickets can be started in your store's administration area at: [Support > Start a Support Ticket].

Diagnosing issues such as this may require the inclusion of private account information, which is better suited to Support Tickets than a public forum.
