Hi All - I registered for a USPS business account and have entered that login information into the 3d party module integration USPS page.
I then turned on a number of the default USPS shipping methods that should apply to a US zip code however when I try the shipping estimator tool i get this response: "Rate calculation failed or no rates available for selected address."
Am I missing something? I came to MM from Zen Cart where I used a USPS key to pull back shipping values (successfully).
I have tried using both my USPS.com login and password as well as my USPS Web Tool login and password.
Please advise, thanks! |

It is possible that there is an element that is preventing your store from displaying real time USPS rates; if there is no zip code inputted into the System Settings in Option #8. A zip code is required because that is where the real-time shipping rates are calculated from. To resolve this issue, please do the following:
1. From the Administration area go to [Navigation Menu > Admin > System Settings > #8 "Zip"] to input a zip code.
2. Click Submit All when finished. This should allow the real-time shipping rates to display properly.

| Turns out, being the smart guy that I am, I forgot to set up my stores zip code in the store admin options. Setting that value cleared up the issues. Thanks all! |
