| I'm using a good amount of Checkout Fields and Customer fields in my checkout process to collect information about the buyer. The problem I'm having is that if the page gets reloaded, either because the user missed a required field or they applied a Coupon code, the page reloads with all the Checkout and Customer fields wiped out. Meaning all the work they just put in they have to do again. Is there a way to make sure the information they put into the fields remains when the page is reloaded? Thanks! |

Currently the custom fields are not designed to retain their data during a page refresh. In a future major software update it is planned to revamp the custom fields; including the ability to retain the data entered into them after a page refresh.
If you have any further questions, please let us know. Thank you. |
