How do I update my Modular Merchant account?
For clients running version 3.x:
The next time you log in to your store Administration area, this update will automatically be installed.

If you're already logged in to your store's administration area when this update becomes available, then an icon stating "An Update is Available" will be displayed in the upper-right section of your Admin Home page. Click this icon to review the release notes, and then install the update by clicking the "Install this Update" button at the bottom of that page.

This update includes the following items:

• Admin Home Page Gross Sales Targets
  Made an improvement to prevent an issue that could cause the incorrect month-to-date gross sales figures to be displayed in the "Gross Sales Targets" section of the Admin Home page in some situations.
• Tax Page - Out of Alignment (formatting issue)
  Updated the ad_tax.php page to allow the list of zip codes to wrap, instead of stretching the page width. This should resolve a display issue for clients that have taxes that include a large number of zip code rules.
• Search Customers
  Changing a customer account's "active" status on the Search Customers page will update that customer account's "edit date" as well.
• Scheduled Orders
  Fixed an issue which could cause a scheduled order to apply a Customer Group discount to be applied to an order more than once.
• Product Editor
  Fixed a bug in the Product Editor in which entering the name of an existing Manufacturer in the "Product manufacturer" text field while creating a new product would cause an error message.
• Product Editor
  Fixed a bug in the Product Editor in which entering the name of an existing category in the "Categories" text field while creating a new product would cause an error message.
• Simple Product Editor
  Fixed a bug in the Simple Product Editor in which entering the name of an existing Manufacturer in the Product manufacturer text field while creating a new product would cause an error message.
• Simple Product Editor
  Fixed a bug in the Simple Product Editor in which entering the name of an existing category in the "Categories" text field while creating a new product would cause an error message.
• Custom Checkout Fields
  When a customer with multiple shipping addresses places an order, the title of any "custom checkout fields" present on the checkout page(s) will contains a reference to the specific shipping address that checkout field is for. This is because custom checkout fields are repeated for each shipping address, but, without this reference, the customer had no way of knowing which checkout field was associated with which shipping address.
• Digital Products: Download Files
  Updated various locations in the Digital Products module where the file size of Download Files is displayed. If the size of a Download File has not yet been set, the system will now display "unavailable" instead of "0.00 MB". A Download File's file size can usually be set or updated by opening it in the Download File Editor and re-saving it.
• Get Design Packages
  Added a "Force Update" option to the [Design > Get Design Packages] page in the store's administration area. Clicking this link will force the system to install the latest version of the selected Design Package's templates, even if the system tells you that you're already running the current version of it.
• System Settings
  Added new and improved existing Knowledge Base articles listed on the [Admin > System Settings] page. Access the Knowledge Base articles by clicking any of the "?" icons on that page.
• Search Orders
  Added more criteria by which orders can be searched, including: state, country and zip taxes paid, gift wrapping fees, shipping method SID, customer shipping address SID, and more.
• Lack of Response Data from PayPal Pro
  Added some additional code to try and track more of the communication with the PayPal Pro gateway. This is to try and determine why the PayPal Pro gateway seems to fail to respond to some transaction requests, resulting in a declined order with a blank reason.
