Potential bugs can be reported directly to the Development Team directly by using the Support Ticket system. When submitting a Support Ticket, a "ticket type" can be chosen. The types to chose from include: Questions, Feature Requests, Bug Reports and Project Requests.
The Support Ticket system is the preferred way to report potential bugs, because it is also integrated into our Development Schedule. This allows any bugs that are reported using the Support Ticket system to be automatically added to the developer's to-do list.
The status of any bugs that have been added to the Development Schedule can then be reviewed from within your store's administration area. This allows all our clients to review the progress of the scheduled items while they are reviewed, fixed, tested and prepared for public release.
Both the Support Ticket system and the Development Schedule are located in the "Support" section of the store's administration area. _________________ Modular Merchant Mail Bag
