Shipping form should denote which fields are required by bold or * or color so that errors like:


The Shipping First Name field cannot be left blank.

The Shipping Last Name field cannot be left blank.

The Shipping Address Line 1 field cannot be left blank.

The Shipping City field cannot be left blank.


can be avoided.

Thank you for the suggestion.

Currently, the HTML templates that are used in the checkout area can be edited by the store administrators at will to add asterisks, bold or any other style to these fields to indicate their required status.

I've made a suggestion to also add this information to any of the pre-made sets of templates (known as "Design Packages") created by Modular Merchant's designers.

This has been added to our Development Schedule to be considered for inclusion in a future update.
