Ability to extend download length for all files at the same time.

Sometimes I have customers who have bought a lot of download products, and due to the fact that the files are very large, they run out of time. In these cases I would like to extend the download time for all files at once, rather than having to enter the extension for each file.

I would also like some way to say that the download expiration date is related to the number of products paid for.

To answer this question, it is possible to extend the shelf life for the entire Digital Products Module. Please do the following:

1. From the Administration area go to [Navigation Menu > Modules > Digital Products > Module Options] in Option # 1 designate how long the Digital Product will be available for download.
2. Increase the hours and access attempts, as the system will use which of the two comes first.
3. Click Submit when finished.

If the customer has already used up all of the access attempts and or the amount of time allotted for the Digital Product, it is possible to grant an extension for the order. Please do the following:

1. From the Administration area go to [Navigation Menu > Orders > Search Orders], find the order in question.
2. Click on the Order Number to open the orders detail page. Click on the link titled Review Customer’s Download History. This page will display all of the access attempts by the customer for this order.
3. In the columns Extra Hours and DNLD Access, changing these fields will grant the customer more time and or access attempts for that order.
4. Click Update Digital Order Statistics button when finished.
