How do I update my Modular Merchant account?
For clients running version 3.x:
The next time you log in to your store Administration area, this update will automatically be installed.

If you're already logged in to your store's administration area when this update becomes available, then an icon stating "An Update is Available" will be displayed in the upper-right section of your Admin Home page. Click this icon to review the release notes, and then install the update by clicking the "Install this Update" button at the bottom of that page.

This update includes the following items:

• Search Customers by Ship Address
  Searching by shipping address criteria on the Search Customers page was returning unexpected results. This has been corrected.
• Search Manufacturers: Display products by Manufacturer
  Fixed a bug in which clicking the number in the "Prods" column would sometimes display products associated with the incorrect manufacturer. (The manufacturer's System ID number was being truncated to one digit. Thus, displaying products associated with manufacturer 123 would actually display products associated with manufacturer 1.)
• Manufacturer IDs not displayed in Coupon Editor
  The Coupon Editor screen was failing to display the SID numbers of any Manufacturers the coupon was restricted to (if any). These will now be displayed correctly in the Coupon Editor.
• Allow non-alphanueric characters in Customer, Affiliate and Admin passwords
  Customer, Affiliate and Store Admin passwords may now contain non-alphanumeric characters, such as punctuation. Previously, the presence of certain punctuation characters in a password would cause it not to work, due to the way those characters were translated when saved in the database. (Certain characters are translated when saved in the database for security purposes.)
• Additional Options on Search Products Page
  Options to search by Category and Manufacturer criteria has been added to the rules on the Search Products page. For example, users can search for products where the category name is "Cat Toys" or where manufacturer's active status is "inactive", etc.
• Search Categories: Display products by Category
  The number in the "Prods" column is now a link. Clicking this link will display all of the products associated with the selected category.
• Im/Export Customers
  Added "Date Created" and "Date Edited" to the list of fields available to include in the customer import and export spreadsheets.
• Improved Speed of Sales Stats on Admin Home page
  The initial load time of the AJAX-driven sales stats on the Admin Home page has been improved. The stats should now display as quickly as they previously did. The sales stats will still automatically update every five minutes.
• Format of Attention Items in Dev Schedule & Release Notes
  Added support for marking items on the Dev Schedule as "Attention Items". Attention Items indicate a software change, interface change, or item that will require additional action after the software update is installed.
• Im/Export: Check All & Check None
  Options to select all/none of the zillions of checkboxes in the Export Preferences have been added to the "Im/Export Categories", "Im/Export Customers", "Im/Export Manufacturers", "Im/Export Products" and "Export Order Data" pages.
