Can you direct me to a MM store that has implemented MM V3 successfully - one that has some pizazz, so that I can see the possibilities and gain some ideas of what to do with my store?

We're in the process of adding a client portfolio section to the ModularMerchant.com website that will highlight clients who've injected their shopping cart with a healthy dose of pizazz. In the meantime, here's a list of a few clients that have put some effort into the design of the MMv3 storefront:
