I have been told by e-onlinedata, my merchant account provider that my store at store.pubblog.com, which is hosted here at Modular Merchant, is required to become PCI compliant. I have signed up with ControlScan and the store.pubblog.com site has been scanned and found to be compliant. However I now am required to fill out a lengthy Payment Card Industry Self-Assessment Questionnaire, which contains many questions that can only be answered by the host provider, which is you guys. Can you fill out this questionnaire for me if I set you up as a user who can log into my ControlScan account?

This could be a violation of the terms of the PCI/CISP compliance program and could open both parties to legal liabilities. Therefore, we will not access the PCI Compliance account of, or complete the Self-Assessment Questionnaire for, other companies.

However, we will be happy to review any specific questions regarding the software, hosting and server security that you post in a Support Ticket. A ticket can be created in your store's administration area at: [Navigation Menu > Support > Support Tickets].

Due to security reasons, questions about software, hosting and security issues will not be answered here in the forums. Please restrict correspondence on these subjects to Support Tickets.

Hopefully, this will provide a means for us to address the questions you have, or at least point you in the right direction to find the answers you seek.
