Hi. How can I give customers an option to change their passwords? can they do it on our login page (returning customers login)? Can you please guide me on how to do this? thanks a lot.

Hello Otep,
There are two ways for a customer to change their password for their customer account. One way is for them to get a hold of the store and have a Super Admin change it. To do this go to [Navigation Menu > Customers > Search Customers] Click the 'e' icon to edit the customer. Enter in a new password. Then click "Submit".
The other way to do this is to have the customer do it themselves in their account. For them to do this they need to click "My Account". They can find this link at the bottom of any of the store's pages. From there they will need to enter their email address and password. Once they are in to their account at the top of the page they need to click "My Account Settings". This will give them access to change their password. Once changed they will need to click the "Update Your Account Information" button at the bottom of the page.
I hope this answers your questions and thank you for the inquiry.
