It is not included in the Modular Merchant statements. As for Authorize.net, I am unsure. I think that depends on the settings of your Authorize.net account. I believe the Authorize.net email and several of the fields included in it can be toggled on or off from within your Authorize.net account area.

The number used is the server's ID number of the customer's shopping session. This number is used so that the shopping/basket data can be retroactively looked up in case there is a problem during the processing of the Authorize.net transaction that results in loss of the transaction data. It is very rare, but it has happened in the past.

No. The Authorize.net transaction ID number is assigned by Authorize.net after the transaction has been approved and returned from their system. Authorize.net requires the "Description" field to be present when the transaction is submitted to their system, before their transaction ID is available.
