Hello,
For security reasons, we are unable to log in to your Order Motion account area. However, we will be happy to walk you through the tools available within your Modular Merchant account area used in connecting your Modular Merchant store to your Order Motion account.
There are five items that you will need. These items will be entered in your "Order Motion Integration" module, which is located in your account's administration area at: [Navigation Menu > Modules > Order Motion Integration].
The Order Motion Integration module has fields in which to enter the following five items:
1. Your Order Motion HTTPBizID
Your Order Motion HTTPBizID is an alphanumeric ID number provided by Order Motion. Modular Merchant will use the HTTPBizID number to connect to your Order Motion account to submit order data. When pasting your HTTPBizID number into this field, be sure no to add any additional spaces or line breaks in it. This code is usually 200-300 characters long.
2. Order Motion KeyCode/Promotion Code
Enter the Order Motion KeyCode corresponding to orders that originate from this online store. For some Order Motion clients, this is a ID code they create, for others it is an ID code provided by Order Motion. This code is usually 10-15 characters long.
3. Order Motion Submission URL
This is the URL (web address) to which Modular Merchant will connect to in order to submit order data. This is a specific URL monitored by Order Motion. This URL may differ, depending on your Order Motion account setup and status. The recommended submission URL is:

4. Shipping Method IDs
Order Motion requires you to set up the shipping methods you support in your Order Motion control panel. In order to transmit the correct shipping information, those shipping methods must also be set up in Modular Merchant. The shipping methods you have set up in Modular Merchant will be listed here. In each of the fields to the left of the shipping method name, enter the ID number of the corresponding Order Motion version of the shipping method. Refer to Order Motion technical support for more information on where to locate the corresponding ID numbers for each shipping method.
5. Notification Email Address(es)
If Order Motion returns an error message when Modular Merchant attempts to submit an order to it, a notification email will be sent to each email address entered into this field. The email will include the Order Motion error message, and a copy of the data that was submitted. Separate multiple email addresses with commas.
After those five items have been entered into your store's Order Motion Integration module page, click the "Submit" button to save your changes. Your Modular Merchant store will now be ready to connect to your Order Motion account. Whenever an order is successfully completed in your Modular Merchant store, a copy of the transaction data will be submitted to your Order Motion account.
