If a scheduled order contains items "on hold", just the item in that scheduled order will be put on hold. (If a scheduled order contains product(s) on hold, then an order for the "on hold" product(s) is not processed, even if it is due.)
If another customer has a scheduled order for the same products, their scheduled order will be processed as usual when it becomes due. Putting an item "on hold" within a scheduled order only affects that scheduled order. |
